Have you ever wished you could talk with an Immigration Judge about removal defense? This online series extend the opportunity to ask a former Immigration Judge questions about any aspect of presenting cases in immigration court.
Upcoming sessions feature (1) on Sept. 15, former IJ Brea Burgie, who presided over detained and non-detained dockets in Aurora and Denver, CO until June 2026, and (2) on Oct. 8, former IJ Anam Petit, who presided in Annandale, VIA, until September 2025.
